Business and HR leader turned founder, Catalina Schveninger uses her passion and expertise to enable companies to achieve their mission through people strategies and culture. In her 25 years as an HR professional, Catalina has played every role imaginable – from recruiter to HR generalist to CLO to head of recruitment and employer brand and finally to Chief People Officer. Her experience covers a wide range of industries, including SaaS, technology, e-commerce, and telco, all with an extensive global footprint. She worked for iconic brands (GE, T-Mobile, Vodafone) as well as for purpose-led scale-ups (FutureLearn, DataCamp).

Catalina is passionate about access to education and learning. She spends her free time volunteering as a School Governor and mentoring young women in tech to achieve their career goals, as an active member of the nonprofit 1 Million Mentors and the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.
